River Fishing Mongolia, as a pro fly angling division of Jargal Expedition, is responsible for all fishing engagement of it. These terms will apply to your contract with Jargal Expedition LLC for the fishing trip and it registered in Mongolia and registration number is 6497969.

Each person making a reservation must read this. Registration for the trip and receipt of deposit indicates that cancellation/refund and responsibility clauses as outlined have been read and are accepted.

On the first day of the trip and on the last two days of the trip fishing is unattainable. Trip consists of 10 days & 9 nights of staying at the Eg Riverside Fishing Lodge. We offer the opportunity to pay a supplement to pre-book a single room in UB and a single cottage at the lodge.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

Our liability to you we are responsible for ensuring that your travel arrangements are supplied as agreed before the booking. We take responsibility for the services that we provide as well as the services of our subcontractors. We do reserve the right to make changes at any time due to circumstances which lie beyond our control. In the case of significant changes to your itinerary, you have the right to cancel your holiday and be fully refunded. If the changes increase the cost of your holiday, we will notify you and invoice after your acceptance of the difference in price. If the changes decrease the cost of your holiday we will also inform you and reimburse you the difference. The effect of price increases the prices quoted on our homepage are correct at the time of publication. If there is any change, we will notify you before we enter into such contract, and seek your prior agreement to the changes.

YOUR COMMITMENT TO US

If you have chosen to fish with us, you must pay the deposit at the time of reservation and must pay the outstanding balance at least 9 weeks prior to the departure date of your trip. If you register within 4 weeks of departure, the full cost should be paid at the time of registration. You and your companions will need to be in suitable physical condition to undertake the expedition as set in your chosen itinerary and become fully aware of the possible risks inherent in adventure travel. You must ensure that your travel documents, full passport, and visas are in order and will remain valid for the entire length of your stay in Mongolia.

CANCELLATION BY YOU:

In case of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable in any case. You must take out travel insurance which should, in most cases, include cover, under certain circumstances, against loss of deposit or cancellation fees.

IF WE CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY:

If in the unlikely event that we should have to cancel your holiday, you would receive a full refund.

• National park/reserves entrance fees

• All nights’ accommodation including hotel in UB

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

• Visa

• Hotel refreshments

• Travel insurance

• Airplane ticket and taxes

• Excess baggage charges

• Daily personal expenses

PAYMENT

We request a 40%, non-refundable advance payment to hold your reservation and payment in full at least 9 weeks prior to departure. All payments can be made by international bank transfers or by credit cards (Visa, Master) payment. By bank transfer via SWIFT to our bank /Bank details will be sent on your request/. Then either scan and email your transfer receipt to info@riverfishingmongolia.com or call to +976 (1)-750-50-999.
