HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY

CHOOSING YOUR HOLIDAY

As water division of Jargal Expedition, River Fishing Mongolia staff will be happy to communicate to you about your fishing trip, enabling you to assess its availability. The next step is to check the availability of places on your trip either by checking the trip status on our website, or by e-mailing us.

MAKING A BOOKING

The easiest way to book is online via the trip page. Simply click on your chosen departure date and you will be taken to our quick and easy online booking form. You need to email us to check availability for the fishing and dates you have in mind.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

After this, subject to availability, to secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit 40% of the trip cost per person. Sometimes fishing trip will require a higher deposit payment and this will be confirmed within the booking process.

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING

Then after receiving your completed booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation invoice to confirm your booking which is usually due for payment 10 weeks prior to departure. The date payment is due will show on the invoice. We will also send you further information about your adventure holiday.

FINAL PAYMENT

You must ensure that you forward the balance of your payment to us 10 weeks prior to departure (or the date payment is due will show on your invoice). All bookings are subject to the booking conditions which also include your cancellation rights. If we do not receive payment by the date shown on your invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply any cancellation charges.

NO SURCHARGE GUARANTEE

We have undertaken to guarantee that our fishing trip price will not change once you have booked your holiday. We have decided never to surcharge, whether you are booking for this year or the next.
